Don’t Face Your Legal Struggles Alone
Biography
Theodore H. Enfield started practicing family law more than 35 years ago with the goal of helping his clients minimize the potential harm to their finances and their children caused by divorce. Today, Mr. Enfield handles all types of family law matters, including divorce, child custody and support, equitable distribution of marital property and debts, alimony, paternity actions, prenuptial and ante-nuptial agreements, and domestic violence. His work also consists of the negotiation and drafting of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, as well as separation agreements.
Mr. Enfield also devotes a portion of his practice to personal injury and workers' compensation fighting for the rights of those injured in auto accidents, in premises liability accidents, or on the job. Mr. Enfield has more than 35 years of experience in actively advocating for Florida personal injury victims and their families. He has represented thousands of people who were injured because of the negligence of others and has achieved many settlements in complex injury claims resulting in recoveries greater than $1 million.
